Today we are hearing the word “leader” and “leadership” used a lot in people’s everyday conversation. These words may be used in many different aspects of our society. It may be that one uses these words in discussing people who work on the national level, and they may be used to describe people on the local level. They are even used often when we talk about people at work and at church.
