Perhaps no structure in Jena is more recognizable than the historic, downtown corner building that for over 100 years housed the Bank of Jena. With its corner arches with antique raised lettering that reads, “BANK OF JENA,” it has been the focal point of many photographs since it was constructed in 1913.
