For 115 years, Scouting has challenged youth to become effective leaders by living the tenets presented in the Scout Oath and Scout Law. The Scout Oath helps instill an understanding of our duty to God & Country, a duty to other people, and a duty to oneself. The Scout Law details specific traits Scouts must possess in order to perform these duties to the very best of their abilities.
