Mr. Melvin Worthington of the Mars Hill Community considers himself to be blessed, and one of his greatest blessings is his wife of 53 years, Mrs. Coral. Together they have been lifelong members of La-Salle Parish - born, raised, and invested in the community and people they love. After officially retiring from his career in August of 2018, Mr. Melvin continues to serve as a role model of kindness and public service for old and young alike while enjoying the simple things of life.
