Danny has been living out God’s call since his early years as an All-State quarterback in Arkansas, where his passion for Christ was evident both on and off the field. After playing quarterback on scholarship at Evangel College and earning a degree in Biblical Studies and Languages, Danny and his wife Gayla spent seventeen years traveling and ministering across the nation. In 1995, they planted Christian Life Church in Birmingham, Alabama, which continues to thrive today. Danny has since served as a teaching pastor, content writer, and guest speaker to churches around the world.
