I, Rebecca Elizabeth McBride, am here to talk about my experiences in DARE. I will be expressing how I feel about DARE and what I will be doing to be true to my pledge. As for starters, what I have learned in DARE about drugs and other substances will allow me to steer clear of bad decisions. My DARE Instructor has taught me how to be a blessed and honest civilian by making the right choices.
