When my grandkids want something from their Papaw and me, they know just how to ask and receive! While Cylas, grandson #1, must sometimes be coerced into accepting our generous offers, Isaac, grandson #3 in birth order, will ever so sweetly move within ear range and ask, “Mamaw, can we make a Walmart trip?” Nine times out of 10, we find ourselves pushing a buggy in the LEGO aisle, perusing the latest offerings. When we check out, he’s expressing how much he loves us while tearing into his new purchase. The other three follow his example of asking, receiving, and expressing how much they love us! Trust me, it’s worth the money and the effort to see those smiles stretching from ear to ear and to occasionally hear Isaac say, “Mamaw, you’re my queen!” That Little Casanova!
