A Community Cornerstone
The Mount Nebo Baptist Church, located on LA 777 around nine miles south of Jena, has been a light and a cornerstone of faith in the Nebo community for well over 100 years. Its roots go back more than a century to the year 1855 before LaSalle Parish was carved from Catahoula Parish.
