As previously noted, I am soon to join the millions of Americans who have reached the magical age where Medicare kicks in....’kicks’ being the operative word. I feel like a tin can rolling downhill in the direct pathway of an 18-wheeler called ineffective governmental ineptness and confusing jargon. My fellow and soon-to-be 65ers can identify. (Pardon me, gentle readers, while I put on my whiney face and complain and lament unapologetically.)
