Jody O’Bier II has announced his candidacy for election as the Olla Chief of Police, subject to the action of Olla voters at the November 8th open primary election. In making the announcement, O’Bier issued the following statement to voters of Olla: “For those that don’t know me, I am Jody O’Bier II and I moved to Olla in early 2013.
