Suppertime
If there’s any one word or terminology that marks being from the deep South, it’s the use of the word ‘supper’. While we readily share the terminologies ‘breakfast’ and ‘lunch’ (admittedly sometimes labeled as ‘dinner’) with the rest of the citizens of this fine country, we stand alone in our descriptor of the evening meal.
