Last Saturday, the Town of Tullos hosted their annual Christmas Festival event. Despite rainy conditions, Tullos elected officials, citizens and businesses handed out candy and other treats to children as they walked from station to station.

Though the event is normally held in the Town Park, it was relocated indoors to the Tullos First Baptist Church fellowship hall. The local church generously hosted the festive event.

While children went from table to table filling treat bags, others posed for pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The Grinch was also in attendance providing laughs for all. Southern gospel group, the Southern Plainsmen Quartet, provided live entertainment in the sanctuary.

Mayor Karla Cockerham and town officials were pleased with the turnout and wish to thank the many community members and businesses who gave of their time and resources to make the event possible.
