There’s an undercurrent of newfound pride and high expectations on the courts of the Jena High School Lady Girls’ Basketball team. The players feel it. The coaches know it. The team parents are pushing it, and the former basketball alumni are lending their voices to the cause. It’s a community effort of everyone vested in the success of the Lady Giants for the players to understand their basketball heritage and the legacy they will carry on this ball season.
